    • A NEW CHAPTER IN PARADISE

      Built in 1887, our historic home has stood the test of time, surviving wars and transformations. Once known as Eden and later L’Echalotte, it was a celebrated fine-dining destination in Mainz. After nearly 30 years of silence, the doors reopened in 2017 as Adam & Eden, embracing the Garden of Eden’s spirit in both design and experience. Lush greenery, rich textures, and a vibrant atmosphere set the stage for homemade Mediterranean and international dishes, crafted with passion and locally sourced ingredients — where history, indulgence, and modern flair come together.

With years of experience, she is an essential part of our restaurant, captivating every one of our guests with her charm and confident presence. As a wine expert, she is always there to offer her extensive knowledge and help you find the perfect wine for any dish and occasion.
