Every employee in our restaurant is an expert in his field. But who actually does what? We would like to introduce you to our Adam’s & Eden’s!
Badre is our all-rounder in the kitchen – he keeps things clean and tidy and supports the team in every way. Badre has lived in Italy for a long time and has brought a great bread recipe with him, which our guests can try every now and then at dinner.
Benjamin is our returnee and our head chef. Having spent the last few years expanding his know-how in other kitchens, we are now happy to be able to benefit from it. With his versatile creativity, he is always happy to show us and our guests what he has to offer and is also happy to advise our guests directly at the table.
With Felix, we have an extremely pleasant and talented contemporary in the kitchen who is always in a good mood and radiates a lot of calm. He likes to conjure up more than appetising dishes for the team as well as for our guests.
Max is a central member of our team and is our sunshine due to his attentive and balanced nature. He is always on hand and always makes our guests happy with his open-mindedness.
As a talented hobby artist, he always paints our blackboard to match the current dishes.
David is an easy-going guy who delights our guests with his charm and versatile conversation. The young operations agent goes down well with guests both at Adam & Eden and at reception.
Alexander is our dynamic Operations Manager who also likes to lend a hand himself. With the know-how he has accumulated over the years, he is happy to offer help and advice and gets involved wherever he can.
Otgoo can be used as an operations agent on both fronts. She shines with both enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. The guests of the Adam & Eden know her primarily as a cheerful journeywoman who is always on hand in the restaurant, although her heart beats primarily for the reception.
Having been with us since the very beginning and always at home in Marriott hotels, thanks to her many years of international experience, Anke is solid as a rock and our pillar of strength. Her versatility and flexibility make her an absolute essential in our team.
Marly is our Sous Chef, who always brings a touch of the exotic with his southern flair and also incorporates it into his food. With his calm manner, he is a brilliant catch, both for the kitchen team and for the guests of the Adam & Eden.
